As in used in this agreement 'we' means Autohire, and 'you' means the affiliate applicant.

You must create and maintain one or more links from your website or corporate intranet to our website.

To permit accurate tracking and commission generation, we provide you with a special link (URL) at the end of the signing up procedure. You must ensure that you utilize this URL at all times on links between your site(s) and our site. You will only earn commission with respect to activity on our site occurring directly through the provided URL.

We will make available to you a small logo that identifies your site as a member of this Affiliate Program. We grant you a non-exclusive and revocable right to use this logo solely for the purpose of identifying your site as a Program participant and to assist in generating product sales. You may not modify this image or any other of our images in any way.

You will earn a commission of IEP 5% per booking effected with and paid for by a user of your site accessing our site by means of the provided URL link. We will pay commissions on a quarterly basis by company cheque. If your commission for any quarter is less than 100 Euros, the total amount will be carried to the next quarter. Once it passes 100 Euros, a cheque will be sent to you at the end of the quarter for the complete amount owed to you up until the end of that quarter. We will not, however, pay referral fees on any products that are added to a customer's Shopping Basket after the customer has re-entered our site (other than through a special link from your site), even if the customer previously followed a link from your site to our site.

Customers who book through this Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of Autohire. Accordingly, all Autohire. rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. We reserve the right to redesign or modify the organisation, structure, look and feel, navigation or any other element of autohire-ireland.com

You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site.

The terms of this agreement will begin upon the acceptance of your application and may be terminated by either party, at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon termination of this agreement you must cease to use any links, logos, trademarks or other Autohire imagery on your site.

We will then send you any outstanding commissions. We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Under no circumstances shall either party be liable to the other party for indirect, incidental, or Consequential Loss or Damage however so caused and including, without limitation, loss or damage arising from use or inability to use the affiliate program or any other provision of this agreement, such, but not limited to, commissions or anticipated commissions revenue, profits or associated business.
